【B-25-22】販売促進/マネージャー(販促~購買代行業務)
クライアント企業の販促物業務に係るアカウント業務マネジメントをお任せします。
店頭販促物やキャンペーンに送付する印刷物、および各小売店へ納入する販促物制作の進行管理や、クライアントのカウンターパートへの報告業務を担うポジションとなります。
【具体的な業務】
■ブリーフィングから納品・請求に至る一貫したプロジェクトマネジメントを行い、より安価かつクオリティの高い成果物をクライアントに提供
■同社側のキーコンタクトとなり、クライアント責任者との日常連絡業務窓口
■クライアントのプロモーションカレンダーを理解し、個別のプロジェクト進行計画を立案
■各担当ブランドのガイドラインおよび品質管理ガイドラインに関する深い理解を基に、提案成果物に対して自分なりの見解と、社内外ステークホルダーの見解をとりまとめ、よりクオリティの高い成果物が完成するようサプライヤーへの適切な指示
■月次、四半期、年次の業務レポートに向けて、各プロジェクトの成果物に関する仕様、見積、スケジュール等の詳細な記録をとり、(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
