【お仕事内容】

ユニット型特養にて介護スタッフの

リーダー候補として業務をお任せします。

担当する特養の利用者は10名で、

スタッフは7~9名の管理を行い、

利用者様が施設で

円満に過ごせるようサポートしてください。

他にも…

・バイタルチェック

・服薬介助

・レクリエーションの企画、実践

・日常生活のお手伝い(お昼ご飯の準備等)

・ケアプランを基にした介助業務

など、介護業務全般も担当します。
