事業会社における新規ビジネス構築/既存ビジネスの高度化に寄与するデジタライゼーション支援にも特に
注力していく。そのために必要な組織組成と人材配置を目指す。
職務内容
以下ポジションを担当いただく方を募集。それ以外にも住友商事グループのIT戦略、デジタル戦略を支える様々な業務を担当いただける方を広く募集していますので、商社のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支える当部業務に興味がある方の積極的な応募をお待ちしております。
①データドリブン経営推進関連プロジェクトを所管するラインにおいて、マネージャー(管理職)として上司であるチームリーダーを補佐するポジション。全社コーポレートから選抜されたメンバとともに、当社経営高度化に資するデータ利活用推進を検討する。また、IT独自のタスクとして全社データ基盤/経営ダッシュボード/全社BI企画・導入等があり、そのプロジェクトマネジメントの業務を担当する。
②アーキテクチャ整備を所管するラインにおいて、マネージャー(管理職)として上司であるチームリーダーを補佐するポジション。Enterprise Architecture、サーバーインフラ/アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、SCDPクラウド基盤サービス、ID Plaza、統合ID、Icewall企画・展開・運用の業務を担当する。
③Microsoft365をはじめとするコラボレーション基盤領域(ITデバイス、ネットワークやセキュリティ基盤を除く)を担当し、ITインフラストラクチャーの企画・導入・運用を所管するチームにおいて、マネージャー(管理職)として上司であるチームリーダーを補佐するポジション。具体的にはMicrosoft365(Outlook、SharePoint、Teams、Copilot、PowerPlatform等)の活用を推進するとともに、生成AIやAIエージェント等の新技術を業務へ活用推進する全社横断プロジェクト、SC-AI HUB(スカイハブ)の事務局を担当する。
応募資格
ITシステムの導入に関わる複数のプロジェクト経験を有し、
プロジェクトマネージャーあるいはそれに相当する実務経験2年以上。
「ユーザー企業IT・デジタル部門におけるマネージャー、業務オーナーとしてITプロジェクトマネジメント経験、
またはIT・デジタル企業・コンサルテーションファームにて5年以上の実務経験+マネジメント経験」
※将来の部長・副部長候補は、より高度な専門性・実績が求められる。
英語力TOEIC730点以上。
○大規模基幹システム導入における上流工程(業務要件定義等)の実務経験。
○システム分野で強い専門領域を持ちながらも、全社(可能であればグローバルレベルでの)IT戦略策定、
施策推進経験。
○海外でのIT関連業務従事経験。
○即戦力として、実用に足る十分な英語力(TOEIC800点以上相当)を備えていること 。

初期配属地: 東京
キャリア展開のモデル
入社後、上記記載の募集ポスト、あるいはこれまでの業務経験に応じた適正ポストに配属。その後のキャリアパスについては、本人の希望を聞きながら、別のアサインメントにローテーション、あるいは、ラインマネージャーとしてステップアップ、海外現法のITマネージャーやグループ会社IT部隊への有期派遣の可能性など、幅広いキャリアパスがある。以下はキャリアイメージ。
