Treasure Dataは、「顧客を知り、つながり、成長させる」ためのデータとAIの統合基盤として、Customer Data Cloud から Customer AI Cloud へ 進化を続けています。Business Architectは、クライアントのCxO層や事業部門のVP/マネージャーと協働し、AIとデータの活用戦略設計から、組織横断的な業務プロセス最適化、そしてビジネス成果の創出までを統合的にリードをし、卓越した顧客体験を支援します。
<主なミッション・業務内容>
・戦略とユースケースの設計: CxOや部門横断チームと協働し、事業課題の抽出、ビジネスゴールの定義、AIとデータ活用のユースケース及び業務変革の設計を実行。ビジネス成果と実現ロードマップの言語化と提案書の作成を行う。
・プロジェクトの統合リードと品質管理:ロードマップ、業務プロセス設計、KPI設計を一貫して主導。プロジェクト成果の最大化のため、パートナー企業をコントロールしながら、品質を担保し、プロジェクトを推進する。
・継続的な価値創出:クライアントとの関係構築を通じて、潜在的な課題の抽出と戦略アドバイスを提供し、アップセル/クロスセルの機会を創出。

【必須(MUST)】
・6年以上のエンタープライズに対するプロジェクト/アカウントマネジメント経験。
・PMスキル: 進捗管理だけでなく、スコープ管理と期待値コントロールができ、自身の工数と外部リソースのバランスを見てプロジェクトの採算を合わせられる能力(コスト/リソース管理)。
・戦略的提案力: クライアントの課題発見やビジネス目標の設定を行い、ビジネス成果と実現ロードマップに変換するスキル。
・ベンダー/パートナー企業との協働経験:外部リソースを含めた品質を担保しつつプロジェクト全体をコントロールした経験。
・卓越したコミュニケーションスキル: クライアントのCxO層やVPを含む意思決定者と対峙し、提案や交渉を円滑に進める、会話、書面、プレゼンテーションスキル。
・データ/テクノロジーリテラシー: 技術的な内容の概念を理解し、技術チームと対等に議論できるリテラシー(エンジニアリング専門知識は不要)。

・事業会社において、全社DXプロジェクトやイノベーション推進プロジェクトのPMO/PMとして推進した経験。
・当社製品を使用したマーケティング・分析の経験
・過去、業務においてCDPソリューション、Salesforce、Adobeなどを活用した経験
・金融、自動車、小売、メディア、エンターテイメント、小売、通信/メディア市場、Eコマースなど幅広い業界での経験があること
・ビジネスレベルの英語力と英語を使用した業務経験
