仕事内容


<専門知識を身に付けバックオフィスのスキルアップ>

営業のサポートを中心に当社のバックオフィス業務をお任せします。

会社・業界・専門知識については丁寧な研修が用意されている他、マニュアルも完備されており、知識がなくても安心していただける体制です。

仕事は基本的にチームで進めていくため、困った時には先輩社員にすぐ質問ができる環境です。

【具体的には】

  • マンション居住者からの電話・メール対応
  • 領収書・請求書等の仕分け・整理
  • 掲示物・見積資料の作成
  • 駐車場等の契約書作成等契約手続き・発送
  • その他営業担当のサポート業務 など

「契約書を作成してに送付して欲しい」

「この契約について確認したいので、担当者の連絡先を教えてほしい」など、お仕事は多岐にわたりますが、業務は分業制。

ご経験に合わせ徐々に業務をお任せします。

未経験でも先輩社員がサポートしますのでご安心ください。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

  • 9:00~17:00(実働7時間)

基本的に残業はありません

給与詳細


基本給:月給 17万4620円 〜 20万4250円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

通勤手当(交通費全額支給)

残業手当(基本的に残業はありませんが、残業が生じた場合は100%支給します)

賞与:年2回
