仕事内容:

投稿するだけのSNS運用ではありません。

戦略・KPI設計から担うSNSマーケティングPMの募集です。

SNS発信・マーケティングPMとして、以下の業務をお任せします。

・SNS発信全体の戦略設計(BtoB/BtoC)

・KPI設定、数値の確認、改善方針の検討

・各SNSの編集方針、トーン設計

・投稿内容のレビュー、改善フィードバック

・効果測定をもとにした運用改善提案

※投稿の作成・定期投稿作業は、別の運用担当メンバーが行います。

※「投稿すること」ではなく、「発信を設計し、成果につなげること」が主な役割です。

※SNSマーケティング、InstagramやLinkedInの運用経験がある方は歓迎します。

・SNS(Instagram、X、LinkedIn等)の運用経験

・SNS発信において数値を見て改善した経験

・KPI設定や簡単な効果測定を行った経験

・マーケティングや広報に関わった経験

・Canva等を使った簡単なクリエイティブ作成経験

勤務時間・曜日:

1週間単位の変形労時間制/就業時間も柔軟に対応(相談可)

・2~5時間/日

・2~4日程度/週
