私たちオートロは、Web Auto Robot の「AUTORO」で顧客の業務自動化を支援しているスタートアップです。
AUTORO は、ブラウザの自動化とAPI連携、機械学習を組み合わせることで、人がPC上で行っている仕事や人手では到底できない煩雑な作業などを自動で完了します。 2018年9月のリリース後、マネーフォワード社、ニューズピックス社、ウォンテッドリー社といった成長企業をはじめ、100社以上に導入済みです。 ブラウザの自動化とAPI連携、機械学習を組み合わせた自動化の機能性の高さが弊社の強みであり、Google、Microsoft、IBMのスタートアップ支援にも採択されるなど、国内有数の技術力を持っております。
募集背景
Web Auto Robot「AUTORO」は、2018年9月のリリースされて以来、成長企業を含む150社以上に導入済みです。今後もユーザー数を増やし「余裕のある社会」を実現するためには、よりスピード感ある新機能の開発に加え、既存機能の保守・運用を安定的に行っていく必要があります。
また、2024年7月にオープングループ(旧RPAホールディングス)に参画し、さらにRPA・自動化を進める会社として成長をしていきます。
今後、RPAを活用し、様々な業務を自律的に実行するAIエージェントの開発を行うために人員の増員を考えております。
業務内容
新プロダクト・新機能に対する仕様策定、実装、テストをアジャイル的にスピード感を持って実施して頂きプロダクトマーケットフィットを達成する一連の業務を担っていただきます。
《具体的には》
・新機能の要件定義、開発
・フロントエンド、バックエンド開発
・クライアントや社内メンバーからヒアリングを行い仕様策定
後述する開発環境にあるとおり、GCPでサービスを稼働させており、DockerやKubernetesを使用して開発を行います。また、Cloud SQLを使用しており、リレーショナルデータベースのスキーマ(テーブル、インデックス等)の設計も行います。ユニットテスト、インテグレーションテスト、システムテスト等のテストケースの設計及びテストケースの実装を行い、テスト自動化にも取り組みます。UMLやER図によるドキュメントの作成も行います。

現在の開発チームは、業務委託含めて10名程度の少数精鋭のエンジニア組織となっています。

※業務手当は月45時間相当の固定残業代
※年収には目標標準達成時の成績賞与(2回/年)を含む
