▽業務内容
グループ経営を行うCFOの課題は企業価値の向上。同社のミッションは、お客様と深い関係性を築きながら、財務会計領域に特化したシステム/業務における様々な課題を解決していくことです。具体的には、プロジェクト型の業務改善だけでなく、実際にクライアントと共に実業務を通じて財務会計領域全般の課題抽出~改善活動をおこなっていただきます。(並行してプロジェクト型の業務改善業務もおこなっていただきます)

まずはこれまでの知見やご経験を活かしたアドバイザリー業務及びプロジェクトに参画いただきます。グループ経営に特化した領域を担う為、お客様は日本を代表する大手クライアントがメインです。ゆくゆくは、自身の専門性や目指す方向性に合わせた案件獲得に従事していただきます。
▽お客様が抱えている課題一例
■会計事務所系は業務中心、ベンダはシステム中心の支援が多く、包含的に課題解決を支援してくれるパートナーがいない
→アバントのマネジメントコンサルティング部は両側面のパートナーとして価値貢献して参ります。

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】▽以下1,2いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
事業会社経理部門(アウトソーシング会社含む)勤務の方
(1)上場企業での財務経理・経営企画部でのご経歴があること
※クライアントが大手上場会社が大半のため
(2)決算実務だけでなく、主体的に監査対応・開示実務経験をお持ちの方
(3)20代で、一通りの四半期制度決算実務のご経験をお持ちの方
監査法人及び監査法人系のアドバイザリー会社勤務の方
(1)会計監査経験・アドバイザリー業務経験を有する方(実務経験3年以上)

【歓迎経験・スキル】
■英語力(ビジネスレベル)
