アド&メディアカンパニーは、デジタル広告事業、リサーチ事業、インフルエンサービジネスを含む広告およびマーケティングサービスを提供しています。

上流の戦略立案から、広告運用、効果測定、データ分析といった下流の実行まで、マーケティングに関わる全ての部分に対し、一気通貫でソリューション提案ができる点が魅力です。

マーケティング関連事業は、デジタルマーケティング全般のソリューションを提供する「楽天マーケティング/リンクシェア」や、楽天が保有するビッグデータを活用したマーケティングソリューションを提供する「楽天データマーケティング」、マーケティングリサーチサービスを提供する「楽天インサイト」など、幅広いマーケティング事業等がそれに当たります。

部署・サービスについて
広告営業部は広告主に向けて楽天グループの「マーケティングソリューション」を提供していく部署です。

具体的には、1.約1億の楽天会員IDに基づく楽天データ、2.約70サービスに渡る楽天メディア、3.最新のテクノロジーを取り入れたAIを組み合わせ、広告主の課題を解決していく営業組織になります。

1の約1億の楽天会員IDに基づく楽天データは昨今、オンラインだけでなくオフラインデータの拡充にも注力しており「オフラインの購買データ」を活用したターゲティング、メジャメントサービスの提供も開始されております。こちらによりオンライン・オフラインを統合した「ソリューション」の提供が可能となっております。

2の約70サービスに渡る楽天メディアではディスプレイ広告だけでなくメール広告、サンプリング広告、郵送DM広告など多岐に渡る「ユーザーコミュニケーション」を抱えております。こちらにより適切なユーザーに向けて「多角的なアプローチ」が可能となっております。

3のAIにおいては直近で「未来の購買者」を予測する技術を開発し、広告提供を開始しました。こちらによりパフォーマンス重視の広告主の効果改善を図ることが可能となっております。

広告営業部ではデジタル広告業界において、楽天グループでしか実現出来ない「唯一無二」のソリューションを提供していきます。

楽天グループではコマース、フィンテック、モバイルに次ぐ4番目の柱として「アドビジネス」を掲げております。広告営業部として売上が急拡大していく中で新たなメンバーを募集しております。

<やりがい>

楽天データ、メディア、AIを駆使し広告主の課題解決を実現していきます。

楽天データはオンラインデータだけでなく、決済サービスを起点としたオフラインデータも完備されております。

また約70のメディアが「運用型広告、タイアップ、サンプリング、アフィリエイト広告、純広告、郵送DM」など多岐にわたるプロダクトを提供しております。

そしてAIを活用し、パフォーマンス改善、新たなプロダクト開発を行っております。

<業務の進め方>

・営業活動における一連の業務「アポイント~提案~受注~請求等」(提案書作成含む)

・受注後のオペレーション業務におけるディレクション業務「広告クリエイティブの審査~入稿~配信~レポーティング等」

<責任範囲>

マーケティングパートナーしてクライアント課題の解決を通し、売上最大化を目指します。

入社後3か月間は、部署マネージャーやメンター指示のもと、楽天広告営業としての独り立ちを支援。

楽天グループ広告の基礎知識の習得~各種ツール利用に関するナレッジ習得を通じて、クライアントや広告代理店への営業活動を担って頂きます。

将来的には、チームリーダーなどのマネジメントも視野に入れて頂き、楽天広告事業を推進できる人材へと成長して頂く事を期待しています。

外資系クライアントや広告代理店への提案が必要となる場合があります。

<チーム構成>

・本ポジションは約30名の営業職で構成されている部署となります。

・約50%以上中途入社の社員で占められており、広告業界未経験者も多数活躍しています。

・所属部門(グループ)の最新の状況については面接内などに当社社員にご確認ください。

・3年目:チームリーダー(2名〜4名規模のチームのリーダーシップ)

・5年目:グループマネージャー(10名前後、複数チームのマネジメント)

必須要件:
・法人営業経験2年以上(広告営業の経験なしでも可)

歓迎要件:
・SP(セールスプロモーション)領域での営業経験

・特定業界での業務経験(教育業界/住まい不動産業界/車業界/レジャー観光業界/放送通信業界/エステ業界/通販企業消費財/消費財/コスメ/飲料食品/家電/車/タバコ/住まい不動産/教育/人材 等)

・デジタル広告関連の職務経験3年以上

・インターネットに関わらず、広告及びマーケティングセクションでの業務経験

・メンバーマネジメント経験
