高品質なユーザー体験を届けることがこれまで以上に重要になっています。

サービス拡大と開発スピードの加速に伴い、複雑化するシステムやモバイルアプリの品質を担保するため、テスト戦略の立案から自動化推進までを担うQAエンジニアを募集します。

【具体的には】

・品質指標の定義・モニタリング、およびその数値に基づいた改善提案と実行

・仕様策定段階からのプロジェクト参画、QA目線での要件定義レビューを通じた早期バグ検出と品質リスク低減

・詳細設計・テスト仕様の作成・管理、特に複数サービス横断でのテストドキュメントの標準化と実装プロセスの効率化

・自動テストの仕組みの設計・開発、およびE2Eやリグレッションテストを含む広範なテスト自動化の推進と内製化

・QA企画推進・QAチーム強化、特に自ら現場の状況を把握し、ボトルネックを特定、具体的なプロセス改善・仕組み化を主導

・不具合分析からの開発プロセスへのフィードバック、および開発部門を含む組織横断での品質改善活動の提案・実行

【使用技術】

・開発言語: Java

・フレームワーク: Spring Boot(Java)

・フロントエンド: React Redux Thymeleaf

・データベース:MySQL (RDS、Aurora) / PostgreSQL

・インフラ:AWS (EKS、ECS、ElasticSearch等)

【求める人材】

・事業会社におけるQAエンジニアとしてのテスト設計・実装、および品質改善の実務経験

・QAリーダーまたはそれに準ずる立場で、QAチームの管理・リード経験

・QAプロセス設計・改善の推進経験、および障害分析に基づいた開発プロセスへの具体的なフィードバック実務経験

・Selenium、Playwrightなどの自動化ライブラリを用いたテスト自動化の設計・開発・運用経験

【歓迎】

・事業会社におけるQA組織の立ち上げ、または大規模なプロセス変革の推進経験

・不具合分析からの開発組織横断でのプロセス改善の実務経験、およびその効果を定量的に示した経験

・Pythonなどを用いた業務効率化ツールの自作経験

・APIテスト経験(Postman、SOAP UIなど)

・スクラムやアジャイル開発環境でのQA経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
