仕事内容:

  • 公益社団法人横浜市民施設協会が運営する地区センターやコミュニティハウスの事務全般。受付・案内、事務、雑務など、施設の管理運営などのお仕事です。

当協会は、地域の皆様のコミュニケーションの場として社会に貢献するサービスを提供しています。

【主な仕事内容】

  • 施設の管理・運営
  • 電話対応
  • 図書や物品の貸出・返却処理
  • 部屋利用の受付・案内 部屋利用後の点検
  • 館内外清掃 など

業界未経験やブランクのある方でもしっかりフォローしていきますので、安心して就業できます。~40代50代60代~中高年活躍中

施設ごとに異なりますが、従業員数は各施設20名程度。

職場は皆さまそれぞれ子育て中の方や子育てが終わった方、企業の管理職を経験した方、地域に貢献する仕事がしたい方などいろいろなスタッフが男女ともに楽しい雰囲気でお仕事しています。

サポート体制も万全。採用後に新入職員研修もありますので安心してご応募ください。

  • 勤務は交替シフト制
  • OJT研修あり

《必須条件》

  • パソコン操作必須(Word、Excelでの資料作成入力等できる方)
  • 責任を持って最後まで前向きに業務に取り組める方

《歓迎資格・経験など》

  • 接客業・事務職などの実務経験がある方
  • パソコンのスキルがある方
  • 当協会が管理運営する施設の近くにお住まいの方歓迎
  • 学歴不問

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 勤務曜日:交代シフト制 月14日
  • 勤務地:横浜市青葉区 山内地区センター、青葉台コミュニティハウス
  • 勤務時間:8:45~21:05の間で4時間勤務

休暇・休日:

休みは勤務先施設の休館日やシフトによる

※欠員が出た場合や希望があれば、当協会管理の他の地区センターやコミュニティハウスへの転勤も希望により可能
