私たち株式会社アイ・エー・エーは
「輸出用車両」に特化した
中古車オークション会場を運営しています。
お客様は、国内の「貿易会社様」や
「自動車ディーラー様」。
貿易港に隣接した絶好の立地と
輸出コストを抑える独自の仕組みにより
多くのお客様から選ばれ、業績は好調です。
今回は、経理部門の体制強化と
次代へのスムーズな業務承継を見据え、
近い将来の【経理責任者】となる方を
募集します。
【具体的な業務内容】
あなたにお任せしたいのは
日々の入出金管理から決算業務まで
経理業務全般の統括です。
現在、実務を担当している
パートスタッフ(1名)と連携し
チームをリードしてください。
主な業務
試算表の作成・チェック
- 現預金・小口現金の管理
- 支払承認・振込業務
- 会計ソフト入力・確認
(弥生会計を使用します)
- 給与計算・勤怠管理
- パートスタッフへの指示・管理
ゆくゆくは… 決算業務の取りまとめや
経営層への数値報告など
財務視点での活躍も期待しています。

STEP 1:業務の引き継ぎ

まずは現在の経理担当者と共に働き、
当社の商習慣やお金の流れ、
全体の業務フローを把握していただきます。
不明点はこの期間に解消できるため、
安心して業務に入り込めます。
STEP 2:責任者として自立
(数ヶ月後~)
一通りの業務をマスターし、
社内の信頼関係が構築できた段階で
経理部門の責任者として業務を一任します。
STEP 3:体制のリード
既存のパートスタッフと連携し、
より効率的な経理体制の構築や
マネジメントをお任せします。
これまでのやり方を踏襲しつつ、
あなたの知見を活かした改善も大歓迎です。

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1週あたり7時間45分
- 9:15~18:00
(実働7時間45分/休憩60分)
※残業は月平均20時間程度。
月末月初などの繁忙期以外は
定時退社も可能です。
メリハリをつけて働けます。

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 26万9600円 〜 34万6700円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり8万400円 〜 10万3300円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり
※経験・能力・前職給与を考慮し
話し合いの上で決定いたします。
※上記金額には固定残業代を含みます。
