お任せするのは、高校生向け進路選択サービスについて、学校の先生や営業スタッフをサポートする業務です。
「ログインできているか不安で…」
「使い方をもう一度確認したくて…」
そんな声に対して、電話やメールで丁寧に対応します。
- 電話対応(約6割)
・準備状況の確認
・使い方のご案内
- メール・事務(約4割)
・マニュアルの送付
・ID/パスワードの発行
専門的な知識よりも、相手の話を聞きながら、一つずつ確認していく姿勢を大切にしている仕事です。

最初は分からないことがあって当然。段階的に覚えられるよう、育成の流れを整えています。

*メンバー同士での情報共有・質問の時間
*実務研修で確認しながらスタート
「分かったつもり」で進ませず、理解できてから次へ進む流れです。チームは少人数なので、「置いていかれない」「一人で抱え込まなくていい」と感じながら働けます。

未経験OK(経験、資格は一切不問) / PCスキル:文字入力がスムーズにできる方 / Excel(関数・ピポット)、Word、PowerPoint(資料作成)、ビジネスメールの操作が可能な方

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
- 小休憩15分あり(有給)
- 勤務必須日数は月18日以上(シフト調整が入る可能性あり)
- 繁忙期間は週5日の勤務をお願いします
- お休み希望は毎月2日間まで提出OK
- 残業ほとんどなし(1分単位で給与計算)
