【職務内容】
急拡大する組織や事業の多角化に対応すべく、社内DXに伴うシステム導入やリプレース、業務生産性・品質向上などを企画・推進しています。
本ポジションでは、事業部またはグループ子会社との窓口担当として、以下業務を担当いただきます。
・現在の業務の把握、過去経緯の理解・課題分析、仮説立案・事業計画や全社施策と連動した計画策定
・業務の再設計、業務フローやデータフローの可視化・課題解決に最適なシステムの導入(システム構築は手段にとらわれずSaas導入、スクラッチ開発、それらのハイブリッドなど、適切な手段の検討も行います)
・保守・運用を行いながら継続的な業務改善までを一貫して行っており、ご自身の強み・ご経験にあわせてこれら工程に関わっていただきたいと考えております。
プロジェクト発足時などは個人で推進するケースもありますが、2~3名程度のチームで取り組むことも多いです。
※社内インフラ整備、社員からの問い合わせ対応(ITサポート)は別部署があり、当ポジションでは行いません。
【具体的には】
1)コーポレート部門における、社員管理、採用管理、経理等の各事業のDX推進や全社を俯瞰した業務改善の推進
2)店舗サービスの対人支援事業部におけるCRM、顧客管理、請求管理などの業務構築・IT活用・保守運用(業務課題の分析や業務設計などを事業部の担当者と連携し、実装、展開を行います)
※既存Saas製品を導入する場合、比較検討~設計~導入~運用定着まで一貫して対応していただいたり、または、ゼロベースでスクラッチ開発する場合もあります。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ エンジニアとしてシステム開発した経験 3年以上(要件定義~設計~実装/コーディング/運用保守までの一貫したご経験)
・ 現状分析から課題を特定し、解決のための戦略立案、実行まで行ったご経験(一部の経験がある、もしくはサポートを受けながら補助的に進めたことがある)

・ SaaS製品の比較検討、設計、導入、運用定着を主導し安定運用まで推進した経験
・ 業務設計、運用設計、システム設定を通じて広い意味でのエンジニアリングが出来る方
プロジェクト規模(投資額): 数百万円~数億~数十億円のシステム導入/刷新
企画領域の幅:全社業務生産性向上プロジェクト/全社グループウェア導入検討/全国各事業所・拠点開設時のネットワーク構築・カメラ等設備の構築・セットアップ/ゼロトラストNW構築~活用プロジェクト/統合認証認可基盤構築といった全社システムインフラプロジェクト
【給与】
年収700~950万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
