【仕事内容】

公共文化施設での設備責任者業務

・契約先との折衝

・社内各部署との連携

・資料や報告書作成

・スタッフのシフト/労務管理

(以下、一般社員としての業務)

・設備機器の定期巡回点検及び運転や停止

・不具合発生時の一次対応

・管球交換や小修繕

など

業務は多岐に渡りますので、面接時に詳しく説明いたします。

【給与】

日給月給 270,000円~300,000円

※給与幅は経験・所持資格を考慮し決定します

【勤務地】

大阪府豊中市曽根東3-7-2

豊中市立文化芸術センター

【交通アクセス】

阪急電車「曽根」駅から徒歩約2分

※マイカー通勤不可

【勤務時間・曜日】

8:00~17:00

実働8時間、休憩1時間

【資格・経験】

必須経験:

・設備管理業務の実務経験3年以上

歓迎所持資格:

・電気工事士(種別問わず)

【休日・休暇】

週休2日制(シフトによる)

・有給休暇付与(法定通り)

【設備管理】

ビル設備管理経験、ビルメンテナンス経験、

消防設備士、設備保全、ビル管理、配管工、

電気工事士、電気主任技術者、

建築物環境衛生管理技術者、ボイラー、

ビルメン、マンション管理士、不動産管理等の経験の方。

20代から30代、40代、50代、60代まで幅広い世代が活躍中。

シニアから中高年の方も活躍中です。
