■ポジション概要
機能樹脂製品(グリーントラフと中心とした国内製品)の海外マーケティングおよび海外営業を担当します。
・顧客、海外販社や現地代理店との交渉(担当地域:北米)
(今後東南アジアやオセアニア州も可能性がございます。)
・社内の製造等関連部署間のとりまとめを実施
・出張:展示会や顧客打合せ、代理店との打ち合わせなど、新規開拓もあり
■働き方
・テレワーク:有(週2~3日)
・海外への出張(1か月複数回もあり得る 長期(3週間~1か月の出張も可能性あり)
■配属後のキャリア(5年後、10年後)
・入社後仕事を覚えながらプロジェクトに関わり、数年後にはリーダーとして活躍いただきます。
・さらに大きなプロジェクトを経験し、将来的には管理職として組織をけん引していく。

■必須条件
・有形商材 メーカーまたは商社での営業経験 3年以上
・海外販社とのやり取りがある方
・TOEIC:700点以上(ビジネスレベルでの会話力と読み書き

・メーカーでの海外営業経験
・海外との新事業創出企画経験
