【採用背景】
郵便・物流事業における業務アプリケーション開発PJにてシステムアーキテクトの役割でリーダー又はサブリーダーとして、要件の検討・調査から導入・テストまで一連の業務をお任せします。既存システムはまだオンプ レミスが主ですが中長期的なモダナイゼーションに向けた企画提案業務や、実装段階では技術面でリード頂くことを期待しています。
【業務内容】
郵便・物流事業郵便関連事業における業務アプリケーション開発PJのリーダー又はサブリーダーとして要件の検討・調査、PoCからテスト・導入・保守まで一貫して顧客対応およびプロジェクトの推進を行って頂きます。
中長期的には、お客様の郵便・物流業務のプロフェッショナルとして、関連事業の業務課題の解決、さらに全国民向けのユニバーサルサービス維持に向け提案業務をご担当いただくこともございます。
【想定プロジェクト】
基幹業務システム開発や(数億~数十億程度)のお客様に対してサービス提案・導入・構築をリーダーとしてご活躍いただくことを想定しています。

(社員:3名~6名程度、協力会社30名)
全体体制はプロジェクト規模にも寄りますが、★部分のリーダーとしてプロジェクト全体管理補佐、及びチーム間調整を推進していただくことを想定しています。お一人ではなく、弊社内の社員もリーダー/サブリーダーとして一緒に進めていく体制になります。

【必須要件】
・Javaを用いた開発経験 および PL,PMを目指す意欲
※オンプレミスからクラウドへ技術の幅を広げていきたい方にマッチします。
※現時点でのリーダー実務経験は不問、PLへの挑戦意欲を歓迎します 。
【歓迎要件】
・リーダーとして5~10名程度のメンバを率いて開発を遂行したことがある方
・コミュニケーション力、文章力がある方
【給与】
年収 642 ~ 825 万円
賞与年2回
※・裁量労働手当:55000円含む)
・ご経験などにより変動がございます。
