Hybrid – Hiratsuka, JPMain Responsibilities:
- General customer services in the sales department.
- Manage sales order and delivery schedule for assigned customers.
- Issue and follow up of quotations, invoices and other documents related to sales activities using SAP.
- Respond to customer needs and inquiries as a contact point for domestic and overseas customers.
- Collaborate and cooperate with sales account managers and related departments for the execution of operations.
- Participate in improving the sales transaction process (e.g. price, keeping sales records, customer support role).
- Other administration jobs such as taking care of visitors, filing, mailing etc.

Qualifications:
Education/degree
- Junior college or university graduate
Work Experiences
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration
- Knowledge and experience in order placement
- Knowledge and experience in import/export transactions preferred
- Experience working with overseas preferred
- Other skills
- IT skills – Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in ERP system, SAP user preferred
- Honest and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Change management and flexible mindset
- Time management skills with an awareness of productivity and efficiency
