難しい内容はありません。市場のことや、フルーツに詳しくなくてもOK。

発注書を見ながら、袋・箱詰め

商品に傷みがないか検品・仕分け

発注先ごとに運搬業者へお渡し
【運搬】
ターレーという小型車両を運転し、商品を運びます。運転のしかたは、入社後に覚えればOK
小回りが利き、開放感もあるため、乗りこなせると朝から気分爽快です。

仲卸の経験がある方は、即戦力としてスタート早い段階からチームをお任せしていきます。
初めての方は、まずターレーの操作方法や安全な運搬のやり方を覚えるところから始め、その後、フルーツの仕分けを順番にお教えしていきます

旬のフルーツや野菜を取り扱う仕事のため、担当する商品は時期ごとに変わります
また同じ商品でも、出荷先が変わればサイズやブランドごとの仕分けも業務の一環に。
ルーティンワークの中にもその時々で変化があり、扱う商品・できる業務も増えていくため日々自分の成長を実感できる面白さがあります

業界の中でも出勤が早く、終わる時間も早いため、家族との時間や、昼の時間に余裕ができます
