身体介助業務:食事・排泄・入浴等の日常生活サポート

レク企画運営:身体機能維持・向上を目的とした活動支援

チーム連携:医師、看護師、リハビリスタッフとの協働ケア

記録業務:入所者様の健康状態観察と介護記録作成
