リート運用【投資法人/不動産デューデリジェンス経験者枠/離職率約2%平均勤続年数17.2年/東京】
【仕事内容】
投資顧問会社でアセットマネジメント、ディスポジション・アクイジションなど、リート運用にかかわる業務を担当していただきます。
投資法人の運用会社である長谷工不動産投資顧問にて、以下業務をお任せ致します。
【アセットマネジメント】
保有不動産の運用業務/期中管理/予算の作成管理/プロジェクトのマネジメント/課員のマネジメント/各種渉外業務等
【ディスポジション】
保有収益不動産の売却、予算の作成と管理、タスク・プロジェクトのマネジメント、課員のマネジメント、各種渉外業務等
【アクイジション】
投資不動産のソーシング/投資不動産の価格評価及び収益性評価/物件のデューデリジェンス/各種契約書のレビュー/ブリッジファンドの組成/プロジェクトのマネジメント/課員のマネジメント 等

【年収・給与】
年収例:500万円~900万円(28~44歳例)月給例:220,000円~※昇給年1回 賞与年2回※年収は年齢とご経験等を考慮の上決定します。
