基本給165,000円~200,000円+責任手当5,000円~10,000円+調整手当10,000円~20,000円

※深夜割増手当別途支給

【勤務時間】

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

①6時30分~15時30分

②15時00分~0時00分

※休憩90分

シフトにより①or②の勤務になります

※残業有(月10時間程度)

※36協定における特別条項あり(業務量が大幅に超える時、期限が逼迫する時。)

【仕事内容】

現場管理責任者候補として、施設内外の清掃と現場の方の管理を行っていただきます。

賞与有(前年度実績年2回計 2.00ヶ月分)

マイカー通勤可(駐車場有)

ビルクリーニング技能士1級:3千円

通勤手当実費支給(月15,000円まで)

退職金制度有(勤続年数4年以上)

定年一律 65歳

※再雇用・勤務延長は制度としてはありませんが、ほとんどの方が定年後も再雇用として働いておられます。復職される方も多いです。

【資格・経験】

18歳~64歳まで(深夜業があるため/定年年齢が65歳であるため)

普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

パソコン(エクセル・ワード)基本操作できれば尚良し

無期

【休日・休暇】

ローテーション勤務(月7~8日休み)

※年間休日120日

※6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇10日

※育児休業取得実績あり
