■職務概要
事業責任者やプロダクトオーナーとして新規事業の立ち上げを経験してきた、そこから先のプロダクトグロースまで、
自らの手で企画・設計~実行をしたい方にフィットするポジションです。
役割としてはPMMとPdMの両方を担うようなポジションで、開発エンジニアの経験は不要。
弊社プロダクトの継続率向上やLTV最大化を目指し、ユーザー体験全体をリードしていただきます。
■職務詳細
<プロダクトグロース全体の流れ>
①定性/定量データの分析
└年100件以上のユーザーヒアリングによるインサイトの発見
└SQLを用いたデータ分析からの課題抽出
②issueごとに仮説・施策を立案
③施策を長期と短期に分けてインパクトと工数を試算
④優先順位の高い施策から実行
<施策例>「似た花が届いて飽きてしまった」といった解約理由に対して、解約を防ぐ施策を実行。
①「花材原価を上げずにバリエーションを…」「現場のオペレーション的に花の仕分けは…」などと、価格やオペレーションを加味して多角的に検討。
②飽きずに楽しんでいただけるようにお花にテーマ性を設ける施策を企画。
③求める改善率になるのかインパクトを試算し、効果検証のスケジュールを設計。
④花の仕入れ担当やデザイナーと連携し、オペレーションを決定。実行→効果検証を行う。
【求める人材】
【必須スキル】※いずれか必須
・自社サービスを提供するtoC企業において、プロダクト企画/改善に関わった経験。
・SQLやGAなどを活用した定量分析、ユーザーインタビューなどの定性調査を通じた仮説検証の経験。
※開発エンジニアの経験は不要なポジションです
【歓迎スキル】
・PLに責任を持ち、計画数値(財務数値~KPI設定)を行った経験。
・継続率やLTVなど、サブスクモデル特有のKPIを意識した施策の企画/実行経験。
・toCサービスでのUIUX設計や機能要件の策定経験。
・エンジニア/デザイナー/CSなど、複数の職種と連携したプロジェクト推進の経験。
【給与】
年収600~850万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
