<仕事内容について>

・新卒採用、中途採用計画の立案、調整

・各種SNSの管理、定期的な更新

・採用イベント、説明会の企画、運営

・求人会社との打合せ

・求人媒体選定、運用

・応募者対応(書類選考、面接日程調整など)

・高校、大学の就職担当、教授への訪問

・内定者フォロー、入社準備対応

上記の業務を中心にお任せします。

採用業務が落ち着いている時は、

書類作成、備品管理、発注作業、

社内行事の運営サポートなどの

総務業務を一部お任せします。
