【仕事内容】

営業担当の契約〜納車までのフォロー

1人の業務あたり

20名のお客様を管理します。

名義変更、外部業者とのやりとり、

納車日の調整

お客様とお話をする機会もありますので、

お話好きの方にもピッタリ

取扱車種

トヨタ:アルファード・ヴェルファイア

インセンティブあり

ノルマはありませんが、

本人のやる気次第では

たくさん稼げるので、

実力が正当に評価されます

研修充実未経験から始められる

先輩全員が未経験からスタート

2ヶ月の座学研修や現場教育が

充実していますので、

全くの未経験の方でも

安心して始められます

サポート制度が万全で働きやすいので、

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

<残業は少なめです>

1ヶ月あたりの

平均残業時間は10時間以内です。

「PCや仕事の持ち帰りはナシ」と決め、

全員でフォローしあいながら

働いているのでご安心ください。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給25万円〜30万円

※ご経験・スキルを考慮して決定

※残業代は別途全額支給

※昇給年1回あり(4月)

※賞与年2回(1月、7月)
