仕事内容
<生産管理業務全般>
こちらの工場では、住宅設備機器部品を製造しています。
将来的に、当社請負現場での生産管理業務全般を行っていただきます。
主なお仕事内容は・・・
・生産/工程管理:製造計画に基づき生産スケジュールや進捗を管理
・品質管理:製造された製品の品質の管理、向上のための施策を講じる
・労務管理:現場スタッフの勤怠管理、人員配置、シフト調整、安全衛生管理など
・その他客先折衝業務など
まずは現場スタッフとしてスタートしていただきます。
業務の習得状況、スキルなどにより下記スケジュールにてキャリアアップを目指していただけます。
また、各段階において職務手当が付与されます。
【入社後スケジュールと手当】
6ヵ月後:サブリーダー 職務手当1万円~3万円(能力に応じ)
1年後:リーダー 職務手当3万円~5万円(能力に応じ)
1年半~2年後:管理者 基本給23万円
雇用契約は
(株)ウイルテックと結ばれますが
仕事は請負先で行われるため、
勤務先住所は事業所住所とは異なります。
