仕事内容:

今回募集するポジションは同社営業部の大阪営業所でのポジションとなります。受注増の実績および見込みに合わせ、更なる営業強化のため人員を募集します。インフラに関わるアクチュエータや、各種装置メーカーでのコア駆動部品となるジャッキ等を販売します。

【ビジョン】

●日本一/世界一の歯車・歯車装置メーカーになる(同社全体)

●上記達成のため、近畿エリアの売上/利益を維持し拡大する(大阪営業所)

【ミッション】

●バルブアクチュエータの担当顧客との深耕営業を通じたシェア維持および競合からの奪還

●ジャッキ/歯車装置(撹拌機、減速機等)の新規開拓

【手段(仕事内容)】

●ルート営業による顧客深耕/仕様打合せ

●新規顧客獲得による拡販

※見積作成や製造部、生産管理部との納期交渉等、社内業務もあります。

※技術担当と一緒にお客様先に出向くこともあります。

※お客様と信頼関係を構築しながら業務に取り組みます。

■所属

同敷地内に、アフターセールス(メンテナンス)を担当している大阪事業所メンバーも居ります。

・営業メンバー:所長40代、メンバー3名(30代、40代、50代1名ずつ)

・メンテナンスメンバー:所長40代、メンバー7名(20代2名、40代3名、50代2名)※他パート2名

■業務内容の変更の範囲

人事異動の可能性あり(対象は同社の全拠点)

※中途入社者の場合、実績がゼロではありませんが、少ない状況です。基本的には、これまで培われてきた専門性や経験を活かして業務遂行いただくことを想定しています。
