【仕事内容】

賃貸物件に関する

管理・契約まわりの管理事務をお任せします。

社内でのPC作業・書類管理が

メインのお仕事です

▼具体的には…

・契約書類の作成

・募集チラシ作成

(専用ソフトを使用した簡単な業務です。)

・銀行、各種公的機関への手続き業務

・来店されたお客様の受付対応/電話対応 など

主に20代~40代のスタッフが多く

女性も活躍しています。

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

・10:00 出社

・10:15 メール確認

・10:30 日次業務(物件募集状況確認)

・12:00 お昼休憩

お弁当を持参するスタッフもいれば

近くでランチを楽しむ人も♪

・13:00 書類作成(契約書・送付物等)

・15:00 外図面の張替え

・16:00 書類配達&郵便局へおつかい

・17:00 募集物件のシステム登録業務

・19:00 退社

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,500,000 〜 ¥4,900,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥17,000〜¥24,000(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

経験・前職の給与等を考慮し決定します。

・基本給:23.3万円~32.5万円

・固定時間外手当:1.7万円~2.4万円(10時間分)

▼想定年収:350万円~490万円
