仕事内容


数字で、ブランドを支える仕事。

自社ブランドの売上を支えるマーケティング部にて、

売上分析・商品管理を担っていただくポジションです。

当社は、和アクセサリー・かんざし・和傘・箸・浴衣など、

オリジナルブランドの企画・デザイン・製造・販売までを一貫して行っています。

全国に展開する店舗を安定して運営するために欠かせないのが、

「どの商品を、どの店舗に、どれくらい届けるか」を考えること。

在庫と売上を正しく管理することで、ブランドは初めて"売れる状態"になります。

このポジションは、

数字を通して店舗とブランドを支える、マーケティング部の中核的な役割です。

  • 仕事内容

自社ブランド商品の在庫・販売状況を把握し、

売上と在庫のバランスを見ながら、店舗運営を支えていきます。

日々の業務は、データを見るだけで完結するものではありません。

店舗の動きや現場の状況も踏まえながら、

「どうすれば売れるか」「どう配分するのが最適か」を考え、実行していきます。

具体的には…

・商品管理業務

・売上データの集計・分析

・商品開発に関わる他部署との連携

・店舗在庫の確認、出荷指示

※自社管理倉庫へ、定期的な出張があります。

全国の店舗運営や売上に直結する、責任とやりがいのある仕事です。

求める人物像・資格


【応募歓迎条件】

・Excel/スプレッドシートを使った業務経験がある方

・SUM、IF、VLOOKUP(またはXLOOKUP)などの基本関数を使用した数値管理経験

・数字を扱うことに抵抗がなく、データを見るのが苦にならない方

勤務時間


10:00〜19:00

時差出勤制・・生活スタイルに合わせて出社時間が下記4パターンから選べます

7: 00~16:00

8: 00~17:00

9: 00~18:00

10:00~19:00

1ヶ月ごとに変更可能(試用期間中は10時からの出社となります)

休日・休暇


完全週休2日制 土日祝休み

育休、産休あり

※夏季・冬季は土日+有給の計画的付与にて5日以上の連休になります。

時給230000円〜

※業績連動型賞与あり(直近実績:約1ヶ月分)

※給与はスキルとご経験によって決定いたします。
