Tetra Pak is looking for a Inbound Logistics Executive who supports SC function within the region with data and logistics KPI analysis and project roll out.
What You Will Do
As an Inbound Logistics Executive, you will:
Execute transport planning and booking together with Logistics Service Providers/Carriers, provide proper documentation for customs clearance and follow up national and import shipments securing factories supply and resolving exceptions and operational issues.
Execute optimized transport planning and booking together with Forwarders/Carriers and manage inbound shipments according to the schedule agreed with factories.
Provide and manage documentation under Inbound transportation responsibility (e.g., import declaration, customs documentation, others).Collaborate with planning hub, factories and logistics service providers. Support with monitoring orders and communicating deviations taking pro-active actions.
Ensure track and trace execution within expected service level, by monitoring visibility accuracy, information consistency and solving issues with involved parties.
Solve issues and exceptions that might arise with transportation managed by Tetra Pak at warehouse, port, airport, customs, and transportation company.
Perform freight audits and open dispute with suppliers when rates different from booking/contract.Investigate operational failures and propose countermeasures.
You will also have responsibilities as material planner to manage and work with local BM suppliers [20% time allocation] to maintain Master Data in systems & tools timely to ensure accurate planning.
Place order to supplier, monitor order status till arrival, keep updating in system & tools if needed.Monitor demand and supply deviations, takes actions when there are supply issues.
Collaborate with cross functions to secure a smooth material flow for production and delivery.
Maintain good cooperation with suppliers including RFC, ordering, delivery and etc.

Cost improvement initiatives
Support local implementation of global/cluster logistics improvement processes
Support Logistics cost target setting (during TG process) and follow up during the whole year
KPI reports – prepare monthly reports, coordinate among CFs in case of improvement ideas, find and eliminate cost booking anomalies (freight, WH cost bookings)
Loss deployments – coordinate within the region., support CFs with regular follow up
