We are looking for a talented individual to join our Kitakyushu Value Center as Consulting Support Staff. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

マーサージャパン 北九州バリューセンター(福岡県北九州市)では、コンサルティングプロジェクトをサポートするスタッフを募集しています。クライアント向け案件においてチームの一員として、当社コンサルタントを支援いただきます。

We will count on you to/ 期待する役割:

  • 会議の議事録作成や、期日通りの経費申請、フォルダ整理、ナレッジの取りまとめなど、プロジェクトマネジメントのサポート業務を担当していただきます。
  • 定型インタビューの実施および、クライアントから受領したデータの確認・集計・簡易分析を行います。
  • チームと連携しながら、スケジュール管理やファイル共有、情報整理を通じて、円滑なプロジェクト推進を支援します。

What you need to have / 必須条件:

  • ビジネス文書の作成経験および、Excel、Word、Outlookの基本操作スキル。
  • 社外関係者とのメールおよび電話対応の経験。
  • 大学卒業以上の学歴を有すること。
  • プロジェクトサポートや営業アシスタントの経験。
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語能力と、英語の読み書きが可能で、一定の英語コミュニケーションに抵抗がない方。
