そんなエンジニアの働くを支えながら
クライアントと円滑に連携していくお仕事です。
とはいえ、いわゆる「押し売り営業」とは無縁。
企業が求めているエンジニア像を一緒に整理したり、
エンジニアが安心して働ける環境を整えたり、
人とプロジェクトをつなぐ調整役のような存在です♪

「こういうシステムがあれば作業効率があがる?」
「今現場でこんな悩みがあって…」
そんな相談を聞きながら、その会社にピッタリな
エンジニアをご提案します
・エンジニアのフォロー
「今の現場はどう?困っていることない?」
「次はどんな仕事に挑戦したい?」
そんな風に話を聞きながら、
エンジニアの成長や働きやすさをサポート♪
営業もSEと同じく、完全未経験で問題なし
実際「ここで営業デビューしました♪」
という先輩も多数活躍しているのでご安心下さい。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥25,000(16時間相当分)を含む。16時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給25万〜35万円
*給与は経験や前職を考慮します。
*未経験スタートでも頑張りはしっかり昇給で還元します
