仕事内容:

グループ校である専門学校アートカレッジ神戸、もしくは頌栄短期大学の教務事務、総務の業務を対応していただきます。

・来客対応、学生対応

・電話対応

・各種証明書発行、学生証作成

・社内稟議等申請書類の作成・回覧

・ビザ更新書類の作成

・奨学金の手続き

・教務事務

・庶務業務、お茶出し

・環境整備

・健康診断の手続き

*留学生とのコミュニケーションは日本語で行いますので、語学スキルは不要です

※入社後、グループの人材事業の研修あり。

グループで働く上での基本スキルを身に着けて頂きます。

アピールポイント:

受付「事務」ではありますが、学生、職員、お客様と多くの方と関わるお仕事です。

また、職場は原則定時退社のため幅広い業務を生産性を求めて時間内に終わらせられる方に向いています。

求める人材:

・年齢:59歳以下(定年年齢60歳のため)

・学歴:大卒以上

・来客・学生の様々なリクエストに臨機応変に対応できる方

・PCでの業務に抵抗がなく、文字入力ができる、資料が作成できる程度

・留学生の対応ができる方(会話は日本語にて行います)

・学校の顔として適切な対応ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

・休日:完全週休二日制

土曜、日曜、祝日、その他(夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、GW休暇等)

※土日にオープンキャンパス等イベントに出席した場合は平日に振替休日取得。

・6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数:10日
