Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at Solventum Products Corporation Yamagata Factory. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of medical-related products while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate manufacturing equipment to meet production targets
• Perform quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in Lean activities, 5S activities, and other improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be willing to adapt to alternative shifts (including night shifts)
• Good physical condition and effective communication skills to collaborate with the team

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing plant experience, preferably as a leader or operator
• Quality control activity experience
• Operator's license for forklifts and cranes, as well as Class IV, Category 4 Hazardous Materials Certification
