■役割

(1)クラウドに関するコンサルティングおよび設計・構築

お客様がクラウドを利用するうえでのさまざまな課題に対して、お客様の環境を踏まえたうえでのベストプラクティスの提案、および設計・構築を行います。

■業務内容(一例)

・課題ヒヤリング、課題解決に向けたベストプラクティスの提案およびディスカッション(コンサルティング)

・クラウドに関する設計や構築およびテスト

・アーキテクチャの策定または策定の支援

・システム企画の推進支援、PoC の実施または支援

・クラウド利用ガイドラインの作成支援

上記を実現するための計画策定や進捗管理などプロジェクトマネジメント

・コンテナ環境の設計、構築、管理(EKS、AKS、GKE)

・マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計、開発

・APM製品導入のためのアセスメント実施、導入支援、PoC実施、導入後支援

・ITSMツールを利用した運用業務における高度化の支援

クラウドを中心にインフラサービスの社内外の認知度向上を行います。また、お客様の要件をヒヤリングし、お客様のビジネス・事業を見据えた適切なサービスの提案、見積書、提案書作成をお任せします。

・担当技術者を巻き込んだチームビルディング、社内キックオフの実施

・アーキテクチャ、実現に向けた作業計画、見積書の作成

・受注後、デリバリチームへの提案内容の引継ぎ・お客様への自社サービス紹介
