Job Title: Experienced Medical Device Field Service Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced individual contributor to work under limited supervision, applying subject matter knowledge in the area of Medical Device Field Service.

The ideal candidate will possess well-developed skills in technical analysis, troubleshooting, and product implementation according to customer specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements
• Troubleshooting technical problems and determining solutions according to product and customer specifications
• Product needs assessment according to customer specifications
• Conducting technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives
• Serving as a local on-site representative to customer organizations

Requirements:

An Associate's Degree (± 13 years)
