お仕事内容
<販売>
直営店2店舗、出店店舗等の店舗運営を担当していただきます。
接客・販売の他、店内ディスプレイやキャンペーン企画、地元の特産品を使用した商品企画等、幅広く業務に携われます。また、産直品の取扱を通じて、地域の情報発信も行ないます。
<飲食>
各特色のある直営店3店舗の店舗運営を担当していただきます。ホールやキッチンでの調理業務だけでなく、新メニューの企画開発や試作なども積極的にチャレンジできる環境です。
<製造>
自社食品加工場にてオリジナル商品の製造を担当していただきます。淡路島自慢の特産品を、地産地消をもとに、より多くの皆様に提供する事も当社の重要なミッションです。新商品の開発や企画にも積極的に関われますので、自由な発想で人気商品を生み出してください。
※その他、地域学校施設等への食材提供も手掛けます。
<施設管理・清掃>
道の駅あわじ内にある施設の管理や、地元地域の一般廃棄物収集業務等に携わっていただきます。
淡路島の玄関口として、たくさんのお客様をお出迎えするのも大事なミッション。ロケーションの維持や美化は大切なお仕事です。近隣にある翼港の運営・管理にも携わっていただきます。
<総務・事務>
情報発信源としての役割を担う道の駅として、たくさんのお客様が窓口に訪問されます。日々の様々なご要望に対して、しっかりとお答えする事も大事なミッションです。また、労務管理など、職員の就業環境に関わるお仕事や、会計事務などにも携わっていただきます。
