To strengthen our technical support and customer success in the Memory Solutions Division, we're looking for an experienced Memory Field Application Engineer to join our Tokyo team. Your mission
You'll be the trusted technical partner for our customers, guiding them through the full product lifecycle and ensuring smooth integration of Swissbit memory solutions. Your expertise will bridge customer needs with our product teams, turning technical insights into actionable improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction worldwide.

- Support Customers: Provide hands-on technical guidance, proposals, and solutions throughout the development and integration process
- Analyze & Troubleshoot: Perform on-site technical analysis using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and other diagnostic tools
- Drive Feedback: Gather customer requirements, identify potential improvements, and communicate structured feedback to product and engineering teams
- Act as Advisor: Position Swissbit as a trusted partner by demonstrating product advantages and promoting technical strengths
- Ensure Success: Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues, optimize product use, and support customer growth
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
- 5+ years of experience in memory products, storage technologies, or related technical roles
- Strong hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and other analysis tools
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proactive mindset with tenacity to troubleshoot and resolve challenges quickly
- Experience working in multicultural, global organizations and strong team collaboration skills
- Advanced English proficiency; Japanese language skills are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical reporting tools
