【業務内容】
特別養護老人ホームにて、入居者さまが日々の生活を安全に過ごせるよう、身体機能の維持・安定を中心にリハビリを担当します。
歩行・立位・姿勢保持などの基本訓練に加えて、
ちょっとした動作のリスク予測と改善
ベッド・椅子・車椅子などの"乗り移り動作"調整
姿勢の崩れ・ふらつき・疲労の早期キャッチ
スタッフと共有しやすい安全ルールづくり
など、生活の場で起こる"ヒヤリハット"を防ぐための支援を行います。
介護・看護スタッフと連携し、各入居者さまに合わせた環境調整・動作サポートを行い
「できることを安全に続ける」 を重視したリハビリを実施します。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・申し送り(生活リスクや変化点の共有)
9:15 午前リハ(姿勢・バランス・安全動作訓練)
11:30 昼食前姿勢・動作サポート
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後リハ(生活場面の想定訓練・転倒予防)
15:00 介護スタッフへ共有・動作提案
16:00 記録・明日の安全重点ポイント整理
17:30 退勤

【月給】20万9,500円-23万4,500円-《内訳》 基本給:19万円-21万5,000円-業務手当:4,500円-資格手当:1万5,000円-<別途手当> 皆勤手当:8,000円-住宅手当:(持ち家)1,000円-(賃貸)最大2万5,000円-家族手当:2,000円-1万2,000円-特定処遇改善一時金(年3回に分けて支給) 【昇給】あり:1月あたり600円-3,000円-※実績あり 【賞与】あり:年2回/計4ヵ月分 ※実績あり
