The ERP Director, Consulting Practice is responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and operational success of the ERP consulting practice.
This role involves managing a team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of ERP solutions for clients, and collaborating with leadership to drive business development and practice growth.
The ERP Director will contribute to refining service offerings, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall direction of the consulting practice.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Lead the development and execution of the ERP consulting practice strategy to align with business objectives
- Manage the performance and development of the consulting team, ensuring the delivery of ERP solutions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement business development and client acquisition strategies
- Oversee the delivery of ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
- Drive the continuous improvement of ERP practices and methodologies to enhance service quality
- Maintain relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities for project expansion
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and managing ERP consulting teams
- Experience with ERP systems and their implementation processes across various business functions
- Experience developing and executing business strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Experience in managing client relationships and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Experience managing operational processes to improve service delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Certification in ERP systems or project management
- Experience with ERP system integration and optimization strategies
