美容業界を支える老舗企業・滝川株式会社にて、グループ全体の経理・財務を担うポジションです。

創業90年以上、理容室・美容室・エステ・ネイルサロンで使用する5万点以上の商材を扱う業界トップクラスの総合商社における、経理部門の重要性は年々高まっています。

あなたには、本社経理の中枢メンバーとして、決算・資金繰り・税務関連・内部統制など幅広い経理業務をお任せします。

【仕事内容】

  • 月次・年次決算業務

売上規模の大きい本社およびグループ会社の決算に携わり、精度の高い数字作りに貢献します。

  • 資金繰り管理・実績管理

資金繰り計画の作成をはじめとする会社の運営に直結する重要な領域を担当します。

  • 税務業務

税務申告に必要な資料作成、税務調査への対応など税務関連の実務を経験できます。

  • 会計ルール整備

コンプライアンスを重視する企業文化のもと、会計フローや運用ルールの整備を担当。

経理の精度を高め、会社の基盤づくりに貢献します。

  • グループ会社の経理支援

売上規模・商材が異なる複数のグループ会社の経理に関わることで、経験の幅を大きく広げられます。

  • 銀行折衝

取引に関する調整・交渉など、経営に近い実務も経験できる環境です。

まずは習熟度に合わせて担当範囲を決定し、

徐々にグループ全体の業務へ領域を広げていきます。

・経理または財務の実務経験5年以上(業界不問)

・従業員100名以上の企業での実務経験

・月次/年次決算業務の経験

・コミュニケーションを大切にできる方

基本給:月給 21万8000円 〜 41万500円

固定残業代:なし
