・施設内の居室を訪問し身体介護(排泄・入浴など)

・生活援助(掃除・洗濯・買い物代行)

・見守り・安否確認・日常の声かけ

・配膳・服薬支援・ナースコール対応

・記録の入力と報告

【1日のスケジュール】

08:30 出勤

09:00 安否確認

10:00 訪問介護

13:00 生活援助

15:30 記録

17:30 退勤

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*・介護福祉士

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※日勤がメインになりますが、早番、遅番も可能ですので、希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します

(実際に働いている方の例)

・土日に予定があるため、平日週5日勤務の方

・予定が突発的に入るため、フルシフトで働いている方

・日曜日を固定で休みにし、残り1日は希望休を毎月取得している方
