<職務詳細>

ご経験やスキルに応じて、以下の業務をチームで分担しながら、データサイエンティストとも協業しながらリードしていただきます。

生成AI全社変革・AI開発プロジェクトのコンサルティングおよびプロジェクトマネジメント
顧客の経営課題に対し、生成AIやAIを活用したソリューションを提案し、企業の業務変革を推進
要件定義、戦略策定、生成AI業務改革/AI開発、システム実装、効果検証から、AI人材育成・組織変革に至るまで、プロジェクト全体を一気通貫でリード・管理
SIGNATEコンペティション事業のプロジェクトマネジメント
データサイエンティスト等と連携し、大手企業や官公庁(防衛装備庁、NEDO等)が主催するAI開発コンペティションをプロジェクトマネージャーとして推進
クライアント、官公庁、有識者委員会など、多様なステークホルダーとの調整を担い、プロジェクトを成功に導く
AI研修/生成AIビジネス活用ワークショップの研修講師など人材育成
企業のDX内製化を支援するため、主に生成AI活用などをテーマとした実践型ハンズオン研修やワークショップを企画・開発
多くの企業のDX支援実績を持つプロフェッショナルとして、自ら講師として登壇し、次世代のDXリーダー人材を育成

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

※下記いずれかに該当

■コンサルティング企業等でのコンサルティング業務、または、事業会社でITコンサルタントやプロジェクトマネージャー業務経験(1年以上)

└ クライアントへの企画提案経験、およびプロジェクト管理経験

■コンサル相当として事業会社等での企画職の経験(1年以上)

┗・経営企画、事業企画、業務企画、営業企画など

┗・DX推進担当、ビジネスアーキテクトなど

┗・組織開発、人事制度設計、人事戦略策定など

■ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション・調整能力

■データサイエンスやAIへの理解や知識習得の意欲
