【仕事内容】

「健康サポート/産業保健師」のポジションの求人です

■2,000人規模の工場における従業員の健康管理、維持向上に関する業務

【具体的には】

■総務人事や産業医と連携して従業員の健康な就業をサポート

■傷病対応、心身の健康相談、健康診断や各種啓蒙活動の企画遂行

★定型的な業務だけでなく、業務改善や経営と調整して進める企画推進の割合が多い仕事内容となっています。

【求める人物像】

単に社員の相談や定型業務をこなすだけの方は求めていません。人事制度会議や企画推進まで行うことができる方を求めています。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■保健師

■産業保健師としての実務経験

■普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

【給与】

年収 735 ~ 868 万円

[月給]232,190円~276,630円(うち基本給 218,190円~256,630円)

[賞与]計 20.90ヶ月分 4,560,171円~5,363,567円(前年度実績)

※36協定における特別条項あり(システムトラブル発生時、緊急を要する顧客への対応時に1日16時間まで、6回を限度として1ヶ月99時間59分まで)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
