【ポジション概要】

MUFGは国内外の膨大な顧客基盤に対し様々な金融商品・サービスを提供しており、そうしたサービスを支えるITは人々の暮らしの中で社会インフラとして根付き、常に安心・安全・安定の確保が求められています。数ある銀行システムの中でも最重要となる勘定系システムをメインフレーム上で稼働させており、そのシステム稼働の安心・安全・安定を支える業務となるため、まさに社会に大きく貢献できるポジションです。

【業務内容】

MUFGグループ各社から受託したIBMホストシステムに関わる以下の業務をご担当頂きます。基本的に内製開発をしているため、システム実装レベルでのスキルを発揮し開発をリードしていただきます。

・ハードウェア、z/OS及び関連ソフトの企画・開発・保守・管理

・ホストミドルウェア/業務共通機能パッケージ・ソフトウェアの企画・開発・保守・管理

・外部センター(統合ATM,CAFIS,全銀システム等)接続システムに関する企画・開発・保守・管理

・オンライン連携基盤システムに関する企画・開発・保守・管理

・ホスト運用システムに関する企画・開発・保(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須(MUST)】

<経験>

・大企業(金融機関であれば尚良)におけるメインフレーム(IBM z)システム導入・開発経験

<スキル・知識>

・z/OSまたはミドルウェア製品(IMS,DB2,MQ,CICS等)の導入、設計、カスタマイズ、保守。

・主体性及びメンバーと円滑に業務を進める為のコミュニケーションスキル。

<経験>

・分散システムの開発経験

<スキル・知識>

・コーディングスキル(言語は不問。アセンブラの経験があればなお可)

・ネットワーク、運用自動化ツールのスキル(VTAM,Netview,TWS)

・z/OS環境におけるCI/CDツールを用いた自動化対応及び継続的改善活動経験

<資格>

・情報処理技術者試験(応用情報技術者資格以上)

<語学>

・英語(ビジネスレベル)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
