【募集の背景】 東京エコテック株式会社は、カナダに本社を置くグローバル企業「Uni-ramグループ」の日本法人です。この度、世界基準の技術を用いた**「次世代NIPT(新型出生前診断)」**を提供する新規事業を立ち上げました。 これから出産を迎える妊婦様の不安に寄り添い、専門知識を持って「安心」を届けるためのオープニングメンバー(新卒・第二新卒)を募集します。

【主な職務内容】 遺伝学や生物学の知識を活かし、検査の受付から結果報告までの「伴走者」として活躍していただきます。

  • 妊婦様へのカウンセリング・検査説明
  • 「NIPTで何が分かるのか」「検査の限界は何か」を、専門用語を使わずに優しく噛み砕いて説明します。
  • 電話・メールでの相談窓口
  • 不安な気持ちを抱える妊婦様のお話を丁寧に聴き、精神的なサポート(安撫)を行います。
  • 検査レポートの作成・確認
  • 海外の提携ラボ(BGI社)から届く解析データを確認し、日本のドクターや妊婦様が見やすい日本語レポートを作成・チェックします。
  • クリニックへの学術情報提供
  • 提携先の産婦人科ドクターに対し、最新の遺伝医学情報の共有や、技術的な質問への回答サポートを行います。

【必須条件・スキル】

  • 2026年3月 大学・大学院卒業見込みの方(新卒)、または既卒3年以内の方
  • 理系専攻の方(遺伝学、生物学、分子生物学、生命科学、看護学、心理学など)
  • 人の話に耳を傾け、共感することができる方(傾聴力がある方)

【歓迎する資格・経験】

  • 認定遺伝カウンセラーの資格取得を目指している方
  • 英語や中国語に抵抗がない方(翻訳ツールの使用で問題ありません)
  • 新しい医療サービスを世の中に広めたいという熱意のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

・完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日休み

・残業:月平均10時間程度(繁忙期を除く)

給与:

給与の補足

  • 月給 250,000円 〜
  • 昇給: 年1回(業績および個人の評価による)
  • 賞与: 年1回(業績による)

  • 時間外手当(残業代は1分単位で別途全額支給します)
  • 出張手当(クリニック訪問時など)

  • リモートも可能ですが、会社の業務も必要なので、通勤も必要です。
