400万円~550万円

■月給内訳

月給30万1000円~42万6000円(30時間分の固定残業代含む)

※固定残業代は、営業手当として時間外労働の有無に関わらず月30時間分を、

月5万7000円~8万0000円支給。

※上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給。

※給与・待遇等は目安です。スキル・経験・面接結果等に応じて決定されます。

※対象者へ禁煙手当(6,000~11,000円/月)支給

※子供手当:月1万円/1人、月3万円/2人、月6万円/3人

■昇給:年4回

■賞与:年2回

・賞与は半期決算毎における税引前当期純利益の一定額割合を全社員の賞与原資とし、

その原資に人事考課などを反映させ、支給します。

※よって上記の年収は賞与を含まない金額です。
