【仕事内容】

圧力容器や熱交換器等のプラント設備

(ステンレスや鉄製のタンク類)の製缶・

溶接業務で、製作図面をもとに製作して頂きます。

【業務の変更の範囲】:なし

〈Q:工場勤務未経験でも大丈夫?〉

⇒A:やる気と根気さえあれば、大丈夫です

図面の見方から工具の使い方まで、

しっかり丁寧に研修しますので、

安心して始めやすい環境です。

曲げ、穴あけ、グラインダー、仮付け溶接等

先輩社員の補助や簡単な業務から

徐々に慣れていっていただきます。

溶接が初めてという方も、

しっかり教育していきます。

【給与】

想定年収:380万~650万円

※ご経験やスキルを考慮のうえ決定致します。

例 1〕

月収280,000円/23歳(1年目)

※ 月給22万円+諸手当4万円

+時間外手当 10,000円

+休日出勤手当 10,000円+交通費

例 2〕

月収345,000円/32歳(2年目)

※ 月給26万円+諸手当3万円

+時間外手当 30,000円

+休日出勤手当 1万5,000円+交通費

◆ 昇給あり(年1回)

◆ 賞与年2回(+業績に応じて決算賞与あり)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:20~17:20(休憩1時間)

※土曜日は基本休みですが、

月1回出勤日があります。

(会社カレンダーに基づく)

※残業月平均10時間~30時間程度

繁忙期はそれ以上の残業になる可能性もあります。

休日出勤がある場合もあります。

(休日出勤手当・残業代全額支給)

休暇・休日:

年間休日111日+3日間の計画年休

(実質年間休日114日)

R8年からは実質118日の休日予定です。

※月1回土曜出勤日があります
