日本語教師(新宿)講師初心者OK
**仕事内容**:
Japan Switchとは
語学教育は誰にでも開かれたものであるべきだという理念のもとに低価格の日本語レッスンを提供する事業です。
多くの外国人は日本語学習においてごく初歩的な日常会話の域から出るのに苦しんでいます。
また、日本にいる外国人の輪の中で英語で生活しているので、日本人の友達がいないという人も数多くいます。
Japan Switchはそのような外国人が日本人の友達を作るのを助けるためのコミュニティの場を提供し、アンバサダーとしての役割も担っています。
Japan Switchに向いている方
・日本語教師経験がない、あるいはご経験がごく浅い方
・平日昼間に時間がある方
・英語に抵抗がない方
Japan Switchの特長
・6人以下の少人数レッスンまたはプライベートレッスン
・会話力アップのためのレッスンが中心
・学習者は英語圏出身者が多い。直接法だが質問対応などは英語でも可。
・テキストは5冊限定、少ない準備で多くの経験をつむことができる
・月講師勉強会を開催(任意参加、オンライン開催有)でスキルアップを図れる環境
・宿題やテスト作成など時間外の業務や、生活指導などはありません。
Japan Switchの働き方
・半日単位(9:00-13:00/14:00-17:00)で担当可能枠を登録、半日×3/週の登録必須
・登録した枠に対してレッスン依頼をします
ご応募からレッスンデビューまでの流れ
・面接と模擬授業
・採用の場合、施設とレッスン見学、オリエンテーション、テキストの扱いとレッスンの進め方レクチャー
※初回レッスン前後は校舎リーダーの講師がサポートします。
※未経験者でもきちんとフレームをレクチャーしてから安心してレッスンデビューできます。
**応募資格・条件**:
・1~4のいずれかに該当する方
1 大学または大学院において日本語教育を専攻または副専攻とした方
2 日本語教育能力検定に合格した方
3 日本語教師養成講座を修了した方
4 上記1~4に準ずる経験がある方
・英語でのコミュニケーションができる方(流暢でなくてもかまいません。 英語話者の学生が多く、初級の最初のほうのレッスンでは英語でのコミュニケーションが必要になるため。)
・基本のITスキルがあるか、自立して学べる方

固定時間制
09:00 ~ 17:00
平日 9:00-13:00 / 14:00-17:00 より、
上記それぞれを1ラインとして週3ライン以上、
通年固定の曜日・お時間帯でご担当をお願いしております。
※土日祝日と年末年始、お盆はお休み
※お時間多く確保いただける方大歓迎です
**給与**:
時給 1400円 ~
※上記はインボイス登録済みの有資格者の方の報酬です。
採用時にご登録が完了していない場合は、猶予期間として1か月程度はインボイス登録なし(1,330円)での業務も可能としております。
※海外で養成講座を受講された方や資格取得前の方でもご相談ください。
※交通費実費支給(ただし上限1,000円/日)
