「クリエイターになりたい。でも、いきなり収入がなくなるのは怖い…」 そんなあなたのための、新しい働き方です。 当社では、日中は「事務・サポート業務」で安定収入を得ながら、業務時間内(残業枠)として「プロ直伝のクリエイター研修」を受けられる仕組みを整えています。

【具体的なステップ】

STEP1:まずは「安定」を手に入れる(日中の業務)

入社後は、当社の正社員(無期雇用派遣)として、提携している大手企業やITプロジェクト先へ配属されます。 まずはそこで、社会人としての基礎体力(PCスキル・ビジネスマナー・コミュニケーション力)を身につけてください。

  • データ入力、資料作成
  • カスタマーサポート(電話対応)
  • ITプロジェクトの進行管理サポート
  • 営業アシスタント
  • 倉庫業など
  • ※あなたの適性や通勤時間を考慮して決定します。残業少なめの現場が中心です。

STEP2:働きながら「武器」を磨く(研修)

ここが最大の特徴です。 週に1回、業務時間外にオンライン・クリエイター研修を受講します。 この研修時間は「業務(仕事)」として扱われるため、お給料(固定残業代として支給)が発生します。

  • Live2D: イラストを動かすモデリング技術
  • 動画編集: Premiere Pro/After Effects
  • Webデザイン: Photoshop/Illustrator/コーディング
  • ゲーム制作: Unity/C#プログラミング

STEP3:クリエイターとしてデビュー

スキルが身についたら、将来的には「Webデザイナー」「動画クリエイター」「ゲームエンジニア」としてキャリアチェンジしたり、当社の制作チームへ参画する道が開かれます。

勤務時間・曜日:

※勤務時間例

・9:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

・10:00~19:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

・11:00~20:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

いずれにしても業務で発生した残業については、この7.5時間を超えた分から追加で支給いたします。

休暇・休日:

勤務地:

【本社】 東京都港区六本木6-10-1 六本木ヒルズ森タワー16階

【勤務地(配属先)】 東京都内、神奈川、千葉、埼玉などの各プロジェクト先 ※転居を伴う転勤はありません。 ※「自宅から通いやすい場所がいい」「大手企業のオフィスで働きたい」などの希望を考慮します。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥550,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥13,000〜¥31,000(7時間30分相当分)を含む。7時間30分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与

月給 230,000円 ~ ※経験・能力を考慮して決定します。

【給与の内訳例:月給23万円の場合】

  • 基本給:217,000円
  • 固定残業代:13,000円(7.5時間分)
  • ※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無にかかわらず支給されます。
  • ※7.5時間を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給されます。

<ここがポイント> 固定残業代(7.5時間分)は、主に**週1回の「クリエイター研修」**の時間分として設定しています。 そのため、配属先での業務で残業が発生した場合は、この枠とは関係なく別途残業代が支給されます。「研修を受ける・受けないにかかわらず支給」されますのでご安心ください。
